BOOKING INFO

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a request form. By submitting, you agree to these conditions:

  1. Response Time
    Kindly allow 2-7 days for me or my assistant to respond to your request.

  2. Deposit Policy

    • A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

    • The deposit amount varies depending on the size and complexity of the tattoo.

    • Deposits can be paid via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or in cash (in person).

    • Deposits are applied to the final session of multi-session projects.

    • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred if you need to reschedule.

  3. Payment Options

    • Preferred payment methods: Cash or Zelle.

    • Card, Venmo, & Cashapp payments are accepted with an additional 3.5% processing fee.

    • Flexible payment plans through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna are also available. Please indicate your interest by checking the appropriate box on the appointment form.

  4. Pre-Appointment Guidelines

    • Avoid consuming alcohol in the days leading up to your appointment. Alcohol can cause excessive bleeding and negatively impact the tattooing and healing process.

    • Ensure you are well-rested and eat a full meal prior to your session to prevent low blood sugar or fatigue during the appointment.

  5. Punctuality Policy

    • If you are running late, please notify me immediately by calling or texting (520) 535-7093.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled. This is considered a "no-call, no-show" and your deposit will be forfeited.

    • If you wish to reschedule after a "no-call, no-show," a "No-Call Fee" equal to your previous deposit will now be required. Please note that this fee does not go toward the cost of your tattoo. Additionally, a new nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the tattoo’s total cost will be required to book the appointment. 

    • If a second "no-call, no-show" occurs, I will no longer be able to accommodate future bookings, and we will not be able to work together moving forward.

  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • Notify me at least 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, a new deposit will be required.

    • Clients are allowed one reschedule within the 72-hour window. A second reschedule will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.

  7. Design Process

    • Tattoo designs are presented on the day of your appointment.

    • For complex designs, I may reach out with sketches a day prior to your session to streamline the process and avoid last-minute adjustments.​
